All of the three homes of the Senior Care Group are the eligible Recognized Service Providers of the Pilot Scheme on Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly, and operating three elderly day care centres. Services will be delivered in centre-based and home-based, providing support to elderly persons living in the community and their care providers.

Guided by the principle of “Ageing in Place”, our Centres provide people-oriented and diverse services for elder persons living in the community, in order to achieve the objective of “Community Care”. Our Centres provide day care services and home-based services for elder persons in need, including comprehensive nursing care, rehabilitation training and social and recreational activities, aiming to assist elder persons to continue living in the community and provide support to their care providers.

How to Apply:
Eligible elderly persons on the Central Waiting List (CWL) for Subsidised Long Term Care Services will receive invitation letters from the Social Welfare Department (SWD) for joining the Pilot Scheme. Voucher certificate holders and elderly persons who are applying for the Voucher are welcomed to visit the Homes by prior telephone appointment.
How to Withdraw:
Service users may leave the service or opt out of the Pilot Scheme within the service provision, however, the service charge is not refundable, and all the charges must be settled. If a service user suspended using the service continuously for over one month, he/she would be considered as leaving the service.
